Making BIG changes!

Sorry for such a lapse since my last post in May. As some of you know, after my career spent in the corporate world, I decided earlier in the year, that I shall take the big leap and start my own consulting business. When I think about the guidance I have provided to those around me and via this blog about being brave, trusting yourself and taking the leap, I have had to apply everything and more in advice to myself over this past 6 months! I am sure everyone is guilty of guiding others, however forgetting some of the same when it comes to yourself. I started this blog as it was important to me to help make an easier path for others, with lessons learnt across my career, where I could. Nothing has changed and now my business is up and running, I will be posting regular blogs again. The only thing that may change is I may take a slightly different lens at times. I have been on a very steep learning curve since I made this decision. No longer having big infrastructure with practical expertise at my fingertips, nor a focused team working alongside. I am now the CEO, CFO, CMO, CDO, CCO, CTO and everything in between including the mailroom manager! So with that I shall be back to regular posting, with my first post talking about the importance of personal brand and trusted network. I have covered this before, however it's so important, we are going to cover this again, with some additional context. Until next time Lisa
